Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My class is full of gifted and talented kindergartners that are very eager to learn each morning that they walk into our classroom. They come from all different kinds of backgrounds and countries. A lot of them are new to the United States, and they are always excited to experience new things.
Their excitement and curiosity inspire me to make the best educational experience for them each day.
We've created an encouraging little family in our room and work together to learn, grow, and lead.
My Project
Covid has changed a lot of routines in schools. The "new normal" helps keep our school sanitized and safe for the kids. One of those new norms is using water bottles versus drinking out of the water fountain.
Help me give each of my students a sturdy, kid-friendly, reusable water bottle to use while at school!
This helps make sure that they always have access to water when they are thirsty, just in case our water bottle order is running behind. They also love the idea of having their own special bottle.
