Restocking for the Reboot

Help me give my students more headphones, sticky notes, pencils, pens, dry erase supplies and disinfectant wipes to start their year off with the things they need to be productive and healthy.

My Students

Our school is a small, multi-grade level rural, alternative school in Central Idaho. Within the school complex, we serve at-risk students and those students that are behaviorally challenged. The economy has been struggling for years. This has made finding things difficult. In hard times, we need to get creative to make it happen for our students. We look for other ways to meet our students' needs.

This year has been stressful and a great challenge for all our students and faculty.

The chaos of this year and the pandemic has added to the insecurity for our students. There are times we need special reinforces to motivate these students in the trying times we are in.

My Project

Giving our students the supplies they need for the start of a new year will take the pressure off of the families who have been struggling during this time of changes. With the progress of COVID we must take caution in having a safe environment for out students. We need to resupply our disinfectant wipes for classroom use. Also due to the shutdown many parents are strapped for funding to buy needed supplies for their students. They will need sticky notes, pencils, mechanical pencils, pens, sharpies, dry erase markers and erasers for their use.

Your support in restocking the classroom will start our year on a positive note and will help the students to be successful in accessing learning in these tough times.

It will provide materials needed in the classroom to keep the student engaged and learning. It will also make the students feel that they are valued.
