Restocking for Next Year's Creative Pre-K Kids

Help me give my students necessary arts and craft supplies for next year! I am needing to restock my classroom of ALL art materials so that my next group of Pre-K students are able to express their creativity!

My Project

I am about to start my 4th year teaching in an NC Pre-K classroom in a Title 1 Public school. My classroom consists of 16 students who qualify for Pre-K to give them a year in the school to prepare them for kindergarten, getting supports as needed. Most of my students come from lower socioeconomic families so we do not send out supply lists or ask for needed supplies throughout the year.

With funding cuts, it has becomes harder to get the materials to fill the classroom with all of the craft supplies needed to enhance the children's creativity and encourage their independence with the art materials.

In Pre-k, we do a lot of art projects to teach different styles of artwork, as well as encourage free art. Free art gives students the opportunity to explore the materials and create their own masterpieces while building their confidence and fine motor skills.

This past school year my art supplies have almost completely ran out and I am having a difficult time affording to restock my classroom for my next group of students. It would mean so much to be able to start my next school year with my art supplies restocked to allow my new Pre-K students the opportunity to learn and explore their creative abilities.
