This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are in need of new cots at rest time for our students. The ones that we currently have are 20 years old and they are worn out. The students deserve a comfortable sleep to reenergize themselves during the day. With your help we can give them that experience.
Our cots are currently sagging and are not very comfortable.
Our rugs are 20 years old. We have no bean bag chairs or pillows.
Our students are 3 years old and they need a proper rest and to be comfortable. We are asking for 15 new cots and a cart to move them in the classroom along with cushions to relax and rest on. The students would also appreciate new pillows and bean bag chairs to read comfortably in our library area. Please help us get these items into our classroom.
