This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are full of energy and curiosity! They are five and six-year-olds who come to school excited to learn. I try to make learning fun and engaging as they learn through play. For some of my students, kindergarten is their first school experience which means that they come with different skills and abilities.

I believe that every child can learn at their own developmental pace.

My goal as their teacher is to provide engaging and challenging learning experiences in a positive and safe environment.

My Project

I'm requesting dry erase story picture lap white boards and primary notebooks for daily writing activities. The unifix cubes will be used to learn math concepts at home.

My students will be able to write the morning message, daily weather observations, sentences, numbers, alphabet, sight words, and their very own stories!

The bingo games will be used to reinforce math and literacy skills in a fun and engaging way! Each student will receive bingo cards and I will call the cards out. They will have so much fun finding the letters, numbers, and sight words during virtual learning!
