Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This is the third year when we have offered a Regents Algebra 1 course to our 8th graders. The results have been encouraging, and we are determined to boost our scores and improve our results this year.
It is critical that my students get to work on as many different Regents exams questions from the past years as possible.
This will help them become familiar with the format of the Regents exams, and understand their individual areas of strength and struggles.
The JD's Regents Prep Review Manuals are organized by topic, and each question has a QR code that leads you to a solution video. The book has questions from the past 8 regents exams. I am hoping to loan these books to individual students and have them practice topics that they struggle with the most.
