Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Remember your last year in elementary school? My students are entering fifth grade and I get to be the teacher that prepares them for middle school. I have two classes of twenty five students in each. These students will come from different backgrounds with different learning styles. They will range from low performing, average, above average and gifted students.

Although, I will be meeting my students remotely this year, I am sure that they will be a sharp bunch! Year after year I am lucky enough to have energetic, creative and enthusiastic students who share the love for reading, writing and technology as I do.
My Project
These materials will allow me to teach lessons in fun/creative ways. The resources on this website, have been created by teachers making them reliable and digitally accessible.
The more resources we have during remote learning, the better prepared we will be.
I plan on using these gift cards to purchase units, worksheets and ideas that can be implemented during remote learning. For example, when I am teaching a unit on historical fiction, I would love to use this resource to help find different ways to trigger the interest of my students while learning about historical fiction.
