My Students
The students in this school are from a very underprivileged area. They are dedicated to doing their best so they can go to college. They are all from low-income homes, and all receive free lunch and breakfast. They deserve the same opportunities as every other student. DonorsChoose can help provide them with some of those opportunities that I cannot afford to provide them with on my own. These students are more than capable of anything they set their mind on!
My Project
This year leaves a lot of unknowns, which means extra preparation time for teachers. The thing that will be the most needed are curriculum resources. Teachers-Pay-Teachers is an amazing website that allows teachers to buy curriculum materials that are made from other teachers.
These resources are the best of the best.
They are made especially for students, by the people who know the best way to teach them. This gift card will allow me to purchase resources that can be used virtually or in-person. I can use these resources for math, reading, or writing.
