My students are creative, clever, and very spontaneous. My focus from the minute they walk in the door of my classroom is on their potential and growth while they are with me. I love that I can control their experience during the school day in a positive manner. By doing this in a creative and positive way, I am hoping to inspire even our earliest learners to continue on a path of academic excellence. My students are an astounding group of children.
They come in every day excited to learn and to see what fun activities we are going to do together.
Many of my students come from very little and don’t always have what they need for that day. There are many students in our Title I school and getting supplies for each one of them can sometimes be a challenge.
My Project
Please consider donating to my project. Teachers Pay Teachers has become my favorite place to find printable meaningful resources for my class. I'm requesting gift cards from this site so that I can purchase printable resources. My students enjoy the activities we get from this site.
I'm also requesting ink for our classroom printer.
We use the printer daily for resources and printing out student work. My students love to see their hard work published and displayed in the classroom.
Last I'm requesting some whiteboard cleaner for our whiteboard. My students enjoy working out math problems on the board. As second graders they tend to make a mess and enjoy cleaning the mess.
All of these items are very needed and will be greatly appreciated.
