I teach First Grade at a Title 1 school that has a high poverty index.
My students love to learn new concepts that are taught in the classroom. They enjoy coming to school and engaging in the learning process. They also love to use games to learn. My students are excited about learning.
My Project
The materials that I am requesting are related to our standards. I requested reading games that the students can play. The students can have fun playing the reading games while reinforcing the skills that have been taught.
The students will be able to use the materials in whole group and small groups such as literacy stations. These resources will be used daily in the classroom for whole group instruction and small group instruction. The resources will help the students expand on their knowledge that they are being taught.
These resources will be perfect for our classroom.
