This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Being part of a rural school district means supplies are often in short supply. COVID-19 made it even tougher to have classrooms fully supplied. Students are so excited to be back in school, but find they are missing certain supplies.
All the supplies on my list will go to the classroom, so parents and students don't have to spend money on these items.
We have art supplies for projects, an easel and big paper for projects, and powerstrips to plug in laptops. My room has almost zero storage to it, so getting this shelving unit would be so helpful in storing items for the classroom.
