Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In this project, I want to look for more online resources as well as worksheets for my students. I have not utilized Teachers Pay Teachers but have seen so many resources that I want to use in the classroom. Students come to school and spend a good amount of their time in classrooms. A lot of students come to school really tired and throughout the day, they get more tired.
I want to be able to provide assignments in different forms to students to get them excited to learn in the classroom.
One way I want to achieve that is to use provide more different types of materials. For the end of the school year, we learn space in class. That is after star exams and kids and teachers are very drained in energy. I want to be able to find already made activities that incorporate STEM into the lessons. For example, there are many Space STEM challenges and activities on Teachers Pay Teachers. With this, I will also be able to create other activities alongside ones I find online.
