This year I will be jumping into a new position as a Special Education math teacher. My goal is to always have all the supplies my students need to be successful. No one should stress that they do not have the materials needed in school. Students who are prepared perform better. I want to give them a jump start at success every day. Along with the materials, an iPad will be beneficial for real-time learning as I don’t have an interactive whiteboard. I will be able to provide real time examples to do together in whole group and then be able to save these resources and use the printer to print them for students.
These materials will be able to give students a comfortable place to come in and learn.
Math can be stressful for students and being comfortable and ready to learn eases that stress so students can do better.
