Help me give my students chew toys, magnetic coins, and headphones, most of my students do not have headphones and the majority of their work is online.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are my Resource/Inclusion kiddos. They work their little hearts out! They would benefit from these items because the majority of the time, they come in with nothing. Having working headphones that are comfortable and are not bulky or they feel like the headphones are crushing their skull. Having hands-on manipulatives like magnetic coins and/or visual supports (fraction bars) would help them.I have one student who suffers from an iron deficiency, so he chews on pencils, etc. The oral items would give him a safe alternative. I would appreciate any help! Thanks.
