The kids loved the resin experiment. Receiving the opportunity to put their own personality into a STEM project was exciting to them. I want to channel that experience again.
The African American culture class was able to get project tables, which would give them more room for the student to explore new ways to create with resin.
The stools will give the students seating for the new project area.
This project is on a much larger scale and will require more product, so I need retinas as well as various accessories to decorate the resin paperweights with STEM-related decor and allow the projects to resemble the African Americans in STEM and their inventions. I'm excited about their finished products as they will surely be amazing and one the kids will remember for many years to come.
I believe the students will again go home and ask for more projects to do with resin, therefore they will be able to tap into another form of their creative process.
