My Project
These materials will help my students learn more about African Americans and their contributions to our society. I want ALL of my students to know that they are seen, heard, and valued. All of these novels will be added to my classroom library for my students to check and out and read at their own leisure. I will put the posters on my classroom walls to provide inspiration for my students. We will all share the classroom iPad and iPad accessories in order to research racial justice topics and create STEM focused projects.
Books written by black authors are a staple in my classroom library.
These materials will help me create an inclusive space for ALL of my students to learn and feel represented in our studies.
