My Project
I teach a diverse group of first-grade students. I want all of my students to be able to see themselves in the illustrations of the books in our classroom.
Please help me fill my classroom with books with characters who look like my students.
My students are learning how to read and need to see themselves in the books that they are reading. I want all of my students to see themselves in the books that I read aloud. Please help all of my students know that they belong and they matter.
