My Students
My students are full of love and energy. They enjoy Pete the Cat, Elmo, puzzles, playdoh, and coloring! They love exploring the different ways to play with toys. They are curious and ready to learn! All of my students are between the ages of 5 and 6.
My wonderful class consists of students with disability diagnoses who receive speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy.
Due to the pandemic, this is our first time back in our school building since March. We have begun learning 5 days a week in-person! They have been very eager to start and be back in school. We are ready for an exciting and different type of school year!
With their return to school, I am dedicated to making sure their learning experiences are full of joy and fun. This school is in a new location and due to budget cuts, I do not have many classroom items.
My Project
Now that we are back in school for 5 days a week, we are getting into a routine! We are working on toilet training. In order to have effective toilet training, we need gray sweatpants and underwear. The gray sweatpants will help us to see quickly if one of our students has an accident. The underwear will be used to replace their pull-ups.
