This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach first grade at a title I school of high poverty in Tampa, Florida. We have a little over three months left in the school year, and our basic supplies are in need of replacement! (the paper, colored pencils, disinfecting wipes).

I teach language arts to two groups of first graders.

My students and their families are eager for them to learn and succeed! They deserve consistent access to high quality materials, so they can thrive in an environment they enjoy being a part of. These materials will help my students have access to much needed materials, and we truly appreciate your support!
