This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

If you remember my previous projects, or take a look at them now, you will see that I, along with my team, was the teacher who created a school library. At the grand opening of the library in February 2023, our students were shrieking with joy, and they have read over 6,000 books since then! Just to complete the picture, we are a small school of fewer than 270 students!

I have purchased a few books here and there since then, but our library is ready to be replenished with new titles.

I need your help to bring new books to our students, who have proven their love for reading time and time again. Our students read more books each year, as the library statistics show.
