it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Hello!
As the year comes to a close, school supplies are dwindling!
My students are so thankful for all the support from Donors Choose, and know we wouldn't be able to receive there materials otherwise.
My students are English Language Learners and attend a Title 1 school in a low-income district. They mainly speak Spanish as their native language, and are currently working on acquiring academic vocabulary and English listening, reading, writing, and speaking during my small group time.
We are specifically asking for coloring items, construction paper, and glue for a timeline project we are creating to understand biographies. We are also requesting bingo games to practice our letter sounds, as many of my students struggle with literacy.
We greatly appreciate any support we can get and hope you will consider helping my classroom!
