My Students

My school is a Title I school and nearly all of our students receive free breakfast and lunch meals. Regardless of any situation, I always encourage my students to keep trying because everything takes time to learn and do. The rewards will be worth it in the long run. My two groups of wonderful learners are in a Mandarin dual-language program. Every day they spend half the day in an English-speaking classroom with me, and the other half-day with their Mandarin teacher.

My first-grade students work very hard every day to learn all subjects in both English and Mandarin in order to be proficient in both languages.

My Project

Success comes hand in hand with having the necessary classroom supplies, which will definitely reduce the worry for shortage of supplies.

We need these basic fundamental supplies in our classroom to help us learn!

We often run out of materials because of all the daily learning we do and sometimes they are either broken or wear and tear over time. Materials such as, stickers, dry erase markers and erasers, printer papers, bulletin board borders, and name tags will help maintain the consistency of our classroom routines. They will be helpful supplies for a happy, healthy, and successful school year! Thank you for your consideration and kindness!
