My students come to physical education full of energy, excitement, and a willingness to try new things. Every day, they bring their best attitudes and always work hard to develop their skills, whether it's teamwork, perseverance, or simply learning how to move their bodies in healthy and safe ways. Their enthusiasm is contagious, and it always inspires me to create lessons that challenge and engage them. They come from diverse backgrounds, but when they walk into the gym, they are united by a shared love for movement, fun and growth.
Physical education plays a crucial role in the development of students’ physical, social, and emotional well-being.
However, outdated or worn-out equipment limits the variety and quality of activities we can offer. When students don't have access to safe, functional gear—like balls, hula hoops, deck rings, and fitness tools—it reduces their ability to fully participate and engage. We are in need of equipment that has been used or over-used. By replacing this equipment, we can provide inclusive, high-energy lessons that keep all students moving, learning, and enjoying physical activity.
New equipment will allow us to offer a wider range of activities that promote teamwork, motor skill development, and lifelong fitness habits. It will also help us create a more equitable and positive environment where every student, regardless of skill level, can thrive. Whether it’s team games, cooperative games, or biking students need the right tools to explore their abilities and build confidence. Your support will directly impact all of our students, helping them stay active, healthy, and engaged every day.
