This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My class of 25 transitional kindergarten/kindergarten students live in the heart of Los Angeles! We are located in a small community in the north east area where everyone is like family. We have a little more than 300 students on campus and enjoy working in our green spaces. My class believes in teamwork and community building. We call ourselves, "The Mighty little Eagles" because we work together and never give up on our goals.
Our class is always ready to work hard and become life long learners.
We take on any challenge that comes our way and we would love to have you become part of our team by helping us have a wonderful experience this school year!
My Project
I only teach my students for 90 minutes a day through remote learning. I would usually have my students for 6 hours a day. I do my best, but I know that some of my student may fall behind, especially if they do not have the resources and support at home. I try my best to support them with resources as much as I can.
Glue is essential for our little artist and white boards can support all subject areas.
We can utilize these resources during live instruction and during independent time.
