Help me give my students math manipulatives such as base 10 blocks, clocks, money, number charts, and number lines.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Khan's classroom raised $751

My Students
All of my students are learning remotely full-time during unprecedented times. They have already had their worlds turned upside down in March, overnight without any warning that schools would be closed. Now that we are well into our school year, I want to provide them with all the resources they need to learn effectively at home.
My students are from a Title I school where more than three‑quarters of students come from low‑income households.
I don't want to bombard my families with purchasing extra supplies, especially when I know that some are struggling. Nonetheless, I know how crucial these supplies will be for learning from home.
My students are eager learners and want to learn at school, just as teachers want to be teaching from school, but that is not possible with our current pandemic.
My Project
These math manipulatives like base 10 cubes, clocks, money, and dry-erase boards with number charts and number lines will help students succeed in their upcoming units. They will get a hands-on learning experience while I teach on Zoom and can practice alongside me as I model. My students love to learn and are eager to always stay on with me, even after class has ended on Zoom.
The best way to learn math is by practicing with real objects such as with these manipulatives.
They will be drawn to working out their math problems using their base 10 blocks, clocks, money, and dry erase boards with number charts and number lines. Normally, they would have access to all these tools in the classroom, but with remote learning, they haven't been able to use many manipulatives, except for those that are online. This will make learning math more fun and hands-on.
