Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our school is a Title I school. My class consists of 12 students who have mild to moderate disabilities. This class focuses on academic, career and essential skills. Our classroom is a mix of students with different abilities and grades varying from third grade to fifth grade.
Although our kids are frustrated on many different levels, I hope to strive and create a classroom that is supportive of each and every child.
A classroom that is fun, exciting, and encourages exploring and learning.
My Project
Teachers Pay Teachers is an amazing website that provides teachers with materials that other teachers make to support learning. My students will be learning from home and it is extremely difficult for students with disabilities to learn online. I am hoping with your help to be able to purchase interactive online activities to make learning from home fun!
Students with disabilities learn best when activities stimulate all of their sense!
With your support I will be able to obtain many activities in all academic areas that will intrigue and excite all of my students.
