Help me give my students the support they need to continue the school year. Materials will be used to prepare engaged lessons to keep students motivated to learn and participate more frequently.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are in a first grade self-contained bilingual [Spanish], Special Education class located in a low income area. All the students are English language learners and they are mandated to receive related services such as speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and counseling. These students require unique and differentiated modes of instruction to succeed. The students in my classroom. Additionally, they benefit from multi-sensory approaches to learning. My students are eager and motivated to learn. Although they often require additional time to complete tasks, they work very hard to complete their course work.
"Every student can learn, just not on the same day or the same way." George Evans
It is my duty as a teacher and a human being to guide them so they have more opportunities to learn what it is necessary for their future.
My Project
Educational technology enables innovative learning environments to be generated, making learning more striking and allowing students to appropriate information in a meaningful way. These educational technologies will be used as tools to improve student learning. It is important to motivate students to have good learning results. It will draw more attention from the students and therefore they will put more interest in attending remote classes, since it does not become monotonous. Interactive teaching resources will help to impart the knowledge in order to open doors for the development of skills and abilities. These technological tools will help student assimilate knowledge in a faster way optimizing student.
