My Students

My school is a public school located in Massachusetts. Our school is known for its fine art programs which includes theater, music, art, dance, and chorus. The school also houses many other programs including Advance Placement Courses, AVID, COAST (for students with Autism), Life Skills, and STEP (structured therapeutic educational programs).

The building serves about 1100 students with sixty-seven percent classified as economically disadvantaged.

All of our students receive free or reduced-price lunch.

Our students are eager learners and grateful for the additional classroom support.

My Project

I am requesting these materials to update my remote learning and in-person instruction tools to create a safer classroom. These tools will bring technology into my classroom that will allow more choices and small group instruction to better serve the needs of ALL my learners and learning styles. With these materials, I can record, share, and broadcast videos for my students. The iPad serves many technological purposes and is very versatile while the Smart TV not only allows me to broadcast my Zoom, it allows me to closely monitor students' progress.
