This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Being an early childhood educator is such a blessing! The children in my classroom will create an impact in the world as they grow. They are so caring, accepting, and creative. I will always give them the right to speak their minds and let them know that I hear and respect all their thoughts and ideas. The students are diverse and bring to the classroom many different cultures, approaches, and personalities. We are a community full of kindness.

My Project

The material requested will be used in the classroom on the daily basis. We appreciate all the materials we have at the time and would love these new and refreshing resources during these trying times.

The students in our kindergarten classroom this year 2021-2022 have had to experience the classroom setting very differently than the other years I’ve taught.

This is my opportunity to give my students a year to remember the great times we have spent in the classroom and on the playground rather than the pandemic around us. Our nurturing and exciting learning environment is one of many ways to bring a smile to my student's face.
