My Project

In elementary physical education, having extra basketballs, soccer balls, and a PE parachute can really make a difference in how students learn and engage with activities. With more basketballs and soccer balls, students can break off into smaller groups, which allows them to work on their skills more directly. They’ll have more chances to practice their hand-eye coordination, footwork, and teamwork, and everyone will get the chance to actively participate. More equipment means more action for everyone, which helps keep kids engaged and learning at their own pace.

The goal of this project is simple: to make PE more fun and give students the chance to learn new skills, work as a team, and enjoy physical activity.

With more equipment, I can ensure that every student is involved, and they’ll have more opportunities to build their physical abilities.

The PE parachute is also a great addition because it’s perfect for teamwork and fun group games. Kids love working together to make the parachute move in different ways, and it helps them learn how to cooperate and communicate. It’s also a great way to get kids moving while building social skills, which is super important in a physical education class.

What makes my students special is that they come from all sorts of backgrounds, and many face different challenges in and out of the classroom. Despite this, they’re incredibly eager to learn and try new things. By giving them the right tools, I’m hoping to help them grow not just physically, but also socially and emotionally, while building a love for movement that will last a lifetime.
