Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I would love for our classroom to feel like a welcoming space with different seating options. Having different choices for students to sit in is an exciting option for them. The chairs that we have are the traditional hard chairs. So, these would make a huge impact in our classroom. Specifically, the papasan style chair would be a huge hit with my students.
This will give them a seating option to use while they read.
They can snuggle in, relax, and read. These chairs make reading fun, and I need all the help I can get to get kids excited about reading.
I am so excited for students to use these items. It's the little things that make a classroom a fun one that gets students excited to come to school.
