My Students

I teach 2nd grade with 27 students. My students live in a low socio-economic area, a Title I school and we just got out of turn around!

My students come to school everyday with a smile on their faces, eager and excited to learn.

Each one brings something special to my classroom to make it complete. I want to provide a safe, loving classroom where students can learn and grow.

My Project

My students are showing signs of stress from the pandemic. Many need a lift to help them remember that school is a safe and fun place to learn. The water bottles will help them to each have access to a clean source of water. The paints will help them express themselves. The books are so fun and will be an incentive to continue learning and growing in their enjoyment of reading. Healthy snacks will help satisfy growling stomachs through the long afternoon. Love my students and I'm excited to share these items with them!!
