My Students
I teach an amazing group of culturally and racially diverse 6-year-olds. My classroom is in a Title I building in Historic Sandy, UT. My students are divided into two academic ability groupings. I've got 50% below grade level and 50% on or above grade level in reading and math.
I am one lucky pseudo mama of twenty-four students that have the opportunity to learn in-person.
We just need a little refresh for our classroom.
My Project
Materials such as name plates protectors will help keep materials clean and usable. The wipe off pockets, colored pencils, letter beads will be used on a daily basis to improve students handwriting, spelling skills, and writing skills.
Students have had to sit at their desk for longer periods of time than normal this year, their supplies have been used to the max and need replaced.
The bouncy bands help students who feel the need to move while they are at their desk focus and pay better attention to the lesson being taught.
