My Project
This is another project to continue to build out and refresh my classroom library. Though our school does have a library, there is something special about having high quality books right inside my classroom. The books we have already are well loved and checked out often, they sometimes need to be retired or don't always make their way back. Students have a lot going on caring for siblings, tidying up around the house, and just being kids, that missing books is part of it.
This project will refresh our library with books kids have been requesting and series they already love.
It also includes several books in Spanish, which my Latina students get so excited to see and check out. Lastly, this project includes book bins to better help organize the library and help students find the books they're interested in.
My students truly love reading and this helps get new books in their hands. Thank you for considering donating to our classroom!
