This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Fine motor skills are essential in our everyday lives. My students have a variety of levels of these skills. Some students are just starting on learning these skills while others are working on refining them.

These toys will help the students to not only refine their fine motor skills but also increase their communication and social-emotional skills as well.

The fine motor toys will be such a great addition to our centers and will all be wonderful tools to help assist our students in learning how to share. Students will be able to use their communication skills to ask to play with the toys, ask peers for pieces to build with, and to help build their imaginative play as well!
