it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are eager to explore the world of music, and learning to play the recorder is the perfect introduction.
By providing a recorder for each student, we can ensure that every child has their own instrument with which to practice, learn, and grow.
This hands-on experience allows them to develop essential musical skills such as note reading, rhythm, breath control, and melody. It also fosters creativity, discipline, and teamwork and will allow them to perform concerts for their classmates and families.
Having their own recorder also builds confidence and a sense of ownership in their learning. Your support will make music more accessible and meaningful for every student in our school.
