My Project
Our high school is made up of a diverse population of students and families from around the world. During the lock downs of COVID, students missed out on opportunities to move their bodies and improve their health. This lack of opportunity also led to students lacking the knowledge of how to lift weights properly. Proper weight lifting form is not only important for safety, but also helps our students to get stronger. Using this technology will help our students to see their form on the Ipad, and then allow them to analyze their form in order to reach proper form.
