My Project

Polaris K-12 is the only in person K-12 program in the Anchorage School District. We are an alternative program that focuses on growing humans to their full potential.

These rechargeable graphing calculators will be going into a classroom that will benefit students ranging from 6th grade up to 12th grade taking math classes.

The teacher teaches AP Statistics, AP Calculus, Financial Literacy and Math Modeling, Data Analysis and Probability, Algebra I, and Algebra II, Survey of Algebra, Algebra Readiness, Pre-Calculus, Physics, and many more. Students will use these calculators to show essential skills they learn from these classes and to help them gain a better understanding of mathematical concepts.
