Rechargeable Batteries for Art

Help me give my students rechargeable batteries and a few new art books for our library.

My Students

Our smart and engaging students are interested in expanded opportunities. They want to explore their ideas with hands-on projects that allow them to develop and solve problems in a way that reflects the nature of such context in real life. Our students only see possibilities in the world despite the many obstacles they face outside the classroom. Our students are bright, engaging, clever and believe in themselves. As their teacher, I am committed to providing them with unlimited opportunities to have fun.

My Project

We have a lot of new supplies thanks to all of our generous donors. With all these new gifts for our room we quickly realized that our new supplies are going to use a lot of batteries throughout the year. Buying battery packs is not economical nor is it good for the environment. Having batteries that the kids can easily recharge overnight will also allow us to continuously use our supplies without interruption. Otherwise we would have to wait for more batteries to be ordered for us to get more. This campaign also includes a few additional books for our art library. My students love it when stories are incorporated into our lessons. Having books to help teach our content not only allows each of my students to get that much more reading time in for the day, but it also helps my audio/visual learners.
