Help me give my students soccer, football and kickballs for recess activities. Because our students are in person they are isolated on a field playing without any equipment.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are interested in the world around them. They are city kids with a keen interest in learning new things. They love to explore, to write, to build, and to read. As the ELD teacher for kindergarten and first grade, I spend my time pushing into classrooms to teach English language learners. We are about to go 100 percent in person and it's going to be tight quarters in our small classrooms.
My students come from an impoverished background, but they also have strong family ties and parents who want the best for them.
Our school is very large and with the latest state budget cuts, our class will be much larger than normal. This won't stop us from becoming a school family looking out for each other and learning everything we can in these first pivotal years of school.
My Project
Our students are returning to in person learning. Recess has become a bit of a bear as they are not allowed to play on equipment without proper sanitation. Balls they can use their feet with on an empty field will keep them entertained and moving. So far we've only been able to offer games of chase and tag. It's a long year with many strange adjustments, but we never outgrow the need to play with our friends. These balls will make a difference in our students down time and the communication and other soft skills you learn on the playground (like taking turns) will not be lost if we have equipment that can be played with. Each class will need their own ball so there is no cross contamination.
