My Students
Imagine the most eager, excited, and brilliant young people and you will know what my students are like. As a classroom community, my students work together daily to lift one another up so everyone is successful. Daily, my students bring their best, and together, we build upon the amazing asset of having such a diverse group of learners.
Our school houses our world's future leaders and we take preparing them for the future very seriously.
We want to give them the best!
My Project
Recess equipment (aside from the playground) provides opportunities for students to select from different physical activities to enjoy recess or any other active time.
Balancing the needs of the whole child mean that during their time at school, they can engage with academics, physical health and wellness, and social-emotional practice and skill-building.
Providing my students with opportunities to engage with one another by playing (soccer, jumping rope, kickball, football, obstacle courses, etc.) continues to ensure that all students' strengths are noticed and accepted.
Many of the materials provided have many applications and students will undoubtedly come up with additional creative ways to engage with the materials.
