Rebuilding the Wrestling Program

Help me give my students a chance to explore a new sport. The school hasn’t had a program in over 4 years, so we need to ensure that all students have updated and proper equipment.

My Project

Our school has not had an active wrestling program in over 4 years. These items will provide updated and proper equipment for students to explore a sport that teaches and promotes discipline. Wrestling develops skills that translate to other sports. The sport has the potential to bring kids together in an area that does not offer a lot of outlets for kids to express themselves. Varied equipment and a strong high school program will also allow older youth a chance to reach out to younger children and develop a feeder program to continue the sport for years to come.
