This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Kids are natural scientists! They love to explore their environment and learn about the cause and effect of mixing things together and seeing what happens.
In our class, we have been preparing for our Middle School Science Fair.
We've been learning about all the components of the scientific method, including testing a hypothesis, independent and dependent variables, data analysis, and communicating findings in a meaningful way.
Next month, students will be designing their own experiment and sharing their findings with their community! This process develops the type of critical thinking and analysis that is valuable to being a life long learner and informed citizen.
