My Project
Back-to-school season is an exciting time filled with new faces, fresh routines, and lots of preparation. To start the year strong, I’m requesting a few key classroom materials that will help me create an engaging, organized, and welcoming space for my second graders.
Laminating sheets will help preserve important resources like center activities, student name tags, classroom procedures, and anchor charts so they last all year long.
I also included a calendar pocket chart that will support our morning routines and help students build their understanding of days, months, and weather.
An extra-large woven basket will help keep our shared materials—like whiteboards, cushions, or library books—organized and easy for students to access independently. The name tags will help students learn their desk spaces, classroom expectations, and clear boxes to store their crayons.
These supplies may seem simple, but they’ll make a big difference in creating a smooth, structured, and joyful classroom environment where students feel proud and ready to learn.
