My Project
The donations to this project will help to improve my students' understanding of and competency of items that will be seen and assessed on the MAAP (end of the year) assessments. Students will be more apt to gain confidence in the areas of finding and citing textual evidence, making inferences, and finding key details.
These items will allow students to begin with the end in mind by having their test prep resources in an all-in-one binder.
Students will be able to use various learning strategies such as highlighting and annotating and "see" their learning in plain view.
Breaking down test prep into smaller chunks will allow my students to digest what is being asked of them long before the end of the year assessments. Finally, students will be become more confident learners.
