It's important for me to provide my students with literacy opportunities that reflect authors and illustrators that look with them.
The majority of my students are African American and Hispanic. As the school social worker, I want to make sure my students are exposed to learning opportunities that will inspire and motivate them to excel.
These books will be added to my library. My students will be able to read the books and see the beautiful illustrations. These books will show my students that they can do anything!!!
