My Project

My students come from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and academic backgrounds. Furthermore, my students require additional multi-sensory tools in order to achieve. With the funding and support, I will be able to empower my students with the tools necessary to succeed in the classroom. Our school’s initiative is to increase quality interactions amongst all students. However, my students have challenges with speech, behavior, and academic processes.

I hope that the use of various multi-sensory tools will increase the amount of quality interactions and learning in the classroom.

The Boogie Board will be used as a tool to encourage participation and interaction amongst students. It will be another option for them to demonstrate their thinking. The whiteboards will allow all students to organize their processes in an orderly manner. In closing, I’m looking forward to ensuring the continued success of my students because every one of them comes to school each day with an open mind and an open heart. They are resilient students who strive to do their best each day.
