My Students

I teach second-graders in Chicago, IL. My students are overflowing with curiosity, intelligence, and potential. We are excited to return back in person after so many months of learning from home, and it is time to get ourselves prepared for being back together.

I know that my scholars are bursting with excitement to be back in the classroom and learning together - and I am counting down the days with them!

Each student brings with them a unique history, learning style, and developmental needs. Help me provide them with a fiercely safe learning environment and materials for growth academically, socially, and emotionally!

My Project

In 3 weeks, many of my 2nd grade students will be returning to school for the first time in over a year and a half, bringing with them enthusiasm to be back learning alongside their friends.

In order to foster a culture of positivity and support social-emotional learning, I have created a list of materials to set us up for success.

My students are constantly looking at the world around them eager to learn and grow! With the these materials, I will be set to start an amazing school year with my kiddos.
