My Project

As a special education teacher, I strive to create a learning environment that supports the unique academic and social needs of my students. Each child learns differently, and many of my students benefit from a highly structured, hands-on, and engaging classroom. Our day is filled with individualized instruction, small group work, sensory activities, and play-based learning opportunities that help students build critical skills in ways that meet them where they are. To keep this environment effective, I rely heavily on consistent access to quality supplies and materials that support student growth and participation.

To keep our classroom thriving, I’m asking for your help in refreshing the heart of our learning space—our supplies and hands-on materials that fuel daily growth and discovery.

Over time, many of these items wear down or get used up, and replacing them ensures that every student has what they need to stay engaged and supported. From markers, glue sticks, and pencils to academic games, sensory toys, and building materials, these resources play a major role in helping my students develop in the areas of academics, fine motor skills, and social skills. With your help, I can continue to provide a well-equipped, organized, and stimulating space that fosters independence, confidence, and a love for learning in all of my students.
