Ready or Not: Happy Lunar New Year!

Help me give my students an indoor light, candy to fill cupcake liners, cookies and cereal to help with new year celebrations.

My Project

Kindergarteners love to learn but most of all they enjoy celebrating their success! Along with these successes comes celebrating various holidays and learning about new traditions. My students need candy, cookies and cereal to help them celebrate all the planned winter celebrations including Lunar New Year I have planned.

Incorporating cultural learning can spark imagination and connect children to the joyous spirit of the holiday.

These hands-on experiences foster curiosity, creativity, and an early understanding of cultural traditions, while also promoting respect for diversity.

We will turn on the light and stuff cupcake liners with candy and school created money, learn about the Chinese zodiac and most of all have fun with dances while eating some yummy treats.
